Royal Sydney is looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead our 150-seat Restaurant and Club Bar with breathtaking 180° views across our new ‘Bay Course’ and gardens.The Role: An exciting opportunity to grow and develop the team to hatted levels and above you will lead a team of up to 15 staff to deliver outstanding service to our members and guests. Overseeing the daily operations across the Restaurant & Club Bar to ensure the highest standards of service and efficiency. This is a full-time role requiring availability to work a flexible roster including evenings, weekends as well as weekdays.Key Responsibilities:Ensure exceptional member and guest experiences, including wine recommendations and 5-star service.Oversee restaurant and bar operations, manage POS and maintain inventoryIdentify and implement service improvements.Lead, mentor and train the team, ensuring effective staffing, scheduling, and strong performance levels.Ensure the growth of all team members through L&D initiativesCollaborate on event promotions and menu offerings to drive revenue.Foster a culture of open communication, support and collaboration, ensuring alignment is reflective with Club Values.
